01. 400Hz Solutions

GPU (Ground Power Unit)

Our GPU provides robust, easy to use and maintain 400Hz diesel ground power units from 60 to 180 KVA. All models feature a user-friendly electronic device for the GPU management through which operators are able to control engine dynamics (low/rated speed, etc.) and energize the desired output(s).

Sound-and weatherproof canopies and trailers are designed and manufactured in-house.

Special care is devoted to quality of materials and processing. Products look sober and are an optimal match of essentiality and maximum functionality.

Each GPU comes with a user-friendly e-panel for easy handling of:

Power Converters - 400HZ, 28VDC & 270VDC

As an authorized distributor of a world leading manufacturers of Ground power  equipment, our 400Hz GPU range includes outdoor all weather units that can be used for military airfield and airport applications.

These compact converters can be fixed to underhung the passenger boarding bridge, or standalone as vertically configured systems can be installed at a convenient place close to where the aircraft parks.

We also have indoor versions of the GPU for use in the rotunda, or else as the maintenance hangars, avionics workshops, hard shelters and training applications.

28VDC Rectifiers

We rectifiers are designed to serve aircrafts & helicopters during preflight maintenance at the airport.

They can also be used as a power unit of test benches, hangars & aircraft manufacturing plants.

Our rectifiers are intended to supply all types of aircrafts & helicopters with 28VDC voltage.

Offered as mobile unit, or stationed & fixed unit.

Solid State Frequency Converters (SSFC) Standalone

Underbridge Solutions Cable Coiler + SSFC

Peak Performance cable retrievers offer a very high level of reliability for 400 Hz underbridge solutions. They effectively improve the availability of 400 Hz power supply at the gate. Our cable retrievers represent state of the art solution for current and future aircraft. They are designed to perform efficiently in the most extreme environments. Our cable retrievers are manufactured in accordance with international norms and standards for intensive use and harshest ambient conditions.

Underground Pit

Technical Underfloor Pit Services

Technical Pit systems (Hatch & Pop-Up) are designed to supply the aircraft and helicopter in the maintenance hangars and on the apron. These are used for underfloor supply of various aircraft and helicopters during Flight preparation on the apron as well as maintenance and service in the halls.

The Hatch Pit are factory-assembled complete units for insertion into a masonry construction pit. The Hatch Pit are installed flush with the floor in separate pit within the parking position below the apron or hall floor.

Our range of technical-pits are designed in accordance with international standards, and comply with EN124-F900 and other related certifications.

Through over 10 years of experience, we insure providing our valuable customers tailored-made solutions, that fit each and every specific inquiry, taking into consideration the the code of the airplane parking positions, the requirement of the project, and the environment of the airport.

02. PCA Pre-Conditioned Air System

Middle East and GCC countries are known for their hot summer climate, where this environmental element sets a serious challenge for airports to operate efficient and sustainable Pre-conditioned air system, that avoids pilots from using their APU to cool aircraft cabin effectively.

Peak Performance takes this challenge to provide the ultimate solutions through number of characteristics, which will insure efficient cooled air from the unit outlet until the aircraft PCA docking point.

Offering a complete turnkey solution from PCA machine, to stainless steel pipe, technical pit, and flexible hose, is a key approach to insure delivering peak performance PCA system.

Turnkey Solution for High Efficient Performance

Having a flexible efficient PCA system is the right investment an airport should consider. As such system will encourage airlines to switch off their APU and connect to the airport PCA system, this service will provide mutual benefits, the airlines will save fuel consumption from the main aircraft fuel tank, and the airports generate revenue through providing the PCA service.

Moreover, being the PCA system operates by the airport electricity, the co2 emission generated by the APU will be reduced substantially.

03. Access Covers, Drainage & Linear Gratings (F900)

Peak Performance offers highly engineered access covers, machined with top precision by the latest sophisticated and advanced technologies in Iron casting applications. Our standards and extra heavy duty F900 products are designed and manufactured in France by our strategic partner EJ, a world leading foundry that was founded in 1883 and continuously thrived and developed to its current global presence.

Through years of experience, we have worked closely with our customers to insure offering the right products that meet endusers’ expectation, and projects’ requirement. Subsequently, followed by an outstanding after sales services that fulfill our commitments and quality services.

Hinged Hatch EN124 F900 / 900KN

Ductile iron access hatches have been designed for improved ergonomics, and are available in heavy duty and airport extra heavy duty applications.

On a cover that can weigh as much as 550 lb, the lifting force required to open the cover is less than 35 lb due to the uniquely designed mechanical strut.

The self-engaging safety bar provides added protection while the underground infrastructure is accessed, and safety grates can be specified for added fall through protection.

Lift Assist

Lift Assist is a corrosion-resistant stainless steel mechanical spring strut. The rugged design is clean and maintenance free. The strut takes up less space in the clear opening than a traditional spring assist. It is fully self-contained, protecting coils from exposure to the elements.

Made without internal gases or seals, the struts have an effective operating temperature range of -30° F to 400° F. The durability has been tested at over  150,000 cycles.

04. Fuel Hydrant

Fuel Hydrant Pit

As an authorized agent, peak Performance is proud to offer the future of hydrant pit technology designed and manufactured by our partner M/s Liquip, Our Fuel Hydrant pit are manufactured at the highest standards with key features, and in accordance with international norms. The unique design makes our fuel hydrant pit, outstandingly strong, super light, and with exceptional value.

With a primary focus on health and safety, environmental and commercial considerations, our Polyflex Hydrant Pit is one quarter the weight of conventional pits, providing a nonconductive, seamless, advanced sealing pit at an attractive price.

Our valuable customers will save money right from the initial purchase, from shipping, to installation, and throughout the life of the pit with easy  maintenance and improved product retention in case of spills or drips.

The durable long lasting pit body is a high-tech polyethylene one-piece construction with a cast aluminium rim fitted into the body to provide a liquid tight bond. The Liquip Polyflex Hydrant Pit will hold up to 100 litres (for a 24” pit) of product with the valve in place – up to 45 litres before the first possible leak point which is the join between the bellows and riser pipe.

There are no separate seals as the bellows are moulded with the body, which is electrically non-conductive and consumes no cathodic protection power.
